Morning Walks with The Movement Studio

The Movement Studio proudly announces a free walking group called the Walkie Talkies! Kickstart your day & stay active in a supportive environment lead by physical therapists. Walkers of all fitness levels are welcome!

Starting February 23rd, walkers will meet Mondays & Fridays 10-11 am at the Riverwalk by the Labyrinth.
