Participants will have the chance to hop on a smoothie-making bike and pedal their way to a delicious, healthy treat. As you power the blender with your own energy, you’ll learn about nutrition, fresh ingredients, and how simple choices can fuel your body. It’s a fun mix of creativity, movement, and learning—plus you get to enjoy the smoothie you made yourself!
