Free Wellness Summit

Join us this Saturday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM for the Kerstiens Companies Wellness Summit at 1 DCB Plaza in Jasper (basement level).

This free community event will feature local experts presenting on a variety of wellness topics, including physical health, mental health, nutrition, financial wellness, injury prevention, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits. Each presenter will speak for approximately 20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session.

Attendees are welcome to stay for the entire summit or attend only the sessions that fit their schedule and interests. Whether you're looking to improve your health, learn new wellness strategies, or connect with local resources, there's something for everyone.
